Alex’s standard doula package includes comprehensive support for your birth journey. She provides two personalized prenatal meetings to prepare you for labor, birth, and early postpartum. Beginning at 37 weeks, she is on-call 24/7 for when your labor begins. She offers virtual support during early labor, or in person support at your home, depending on preferences.

Alex joins you in person for unconditional support through active labor, birth, and up to 1–2 hours after your baby’s arrival. Your time together also includes a postpartum visit within the first 4 weeks focused on newborn care resources, lactation support, and processing your birth experience. Alex’s goal is to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

This enhanced package includes everything from the Standard Doula Support Package, plus four Hypnobirthing classes. Clients meet in person at either Alex’s office in Audubon, or a space in Haddonfield. You will learn specific techniques and tools for calming the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and preparing for a calm, comfortable, and empowered birth experience.

The Hypnobirthing series complements the hands-on support of a doula by providing practical skills to approach labor with confidence and ease. This package is ideal for families seeking both continuous birth support, with additional education, and a deeper mind-body connection during labor and birth

With the Doula Partnership Package, you receive the unwavering support of not just one, but two experienced doulas who walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. By working as a true team, we share all responsibilities—so there’s no need to worry about unfamiliar backups or last-minute changes. You’ll build meaningful relationships with both of us, ensuring that when your birth day arrives, you are surrounded by people you know and trust.

Partnering with two doulas offers the unique benefit of combined wisdom, expanded availability, and a broader range of skills and techniques. Together, we provide personalized care, emotional reassurance, and physical support to help you feel confident, calm, and empowered every step of the way.

Beginning in October 2025, daytime postpartum support will be available for families navigating the early weeks with a newborn. This service offers gentle, hands-on help with newborn care, feeding support, emotional encouragement, and practical guidance as families adjust to life with a new baby.

Whether it’s assistance with soothing techniques, establishing feeding routines, light household support, or simply providing a calm presence during the transition, daytime postpartum care is designed to nurture the whole family. Support is tailored to each family’s unique needs, helping to build confidence and ease during this beautiful, tender season.
